SHIPPING GUIDELINES AND RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING:
All orders in the U.S
are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail services. We occasionally ship via Signature Confirmation to ensure proper delivery.
Both methods of shipment offer tracking solutions so we always know where our
orders are going and when they get there. Delivery using this method is
generally 2-3 business days from the date of shipment. Express shipping is
available on phone orders at a higher cost. (Generally an extra
$15).
All Canadian & International Orders are shipped using
USPS First Class or Priority International services. General delivery, depending on the country, is between
7-10 business days, although 5-7 days is the general rule of thumb. Some
countries may hold your order in customs until it clears. Express International is also available on email orders at
an additional cost (Generally an extra $20).
Normally all orders are shipped out within two business days the order is placed. In cases there are unexpected delayed, we ALWAYS notify our customer (via email) and let them know the order status.
REFUNDS:
We devote to maximum customer satisfaction and offer a 60-day return policy for
any products we ship.

*Products must be unopened in original packaging and not
damaged. Product must be received in our office
within the 60-days of the original order to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be made in the manner of the payment used during ordering. Example:
You ordered online using a Visa - your Visa card would get credited with the
refund whereas if you sent us a check for payment, we would issue a refund by
check, ect. Since Eleotin is food, please understand that we cannot issue refunds for opened or damaged products or
products received after the 60-day period.
